Mike Macaulay

Mike has given sterling service at Harlaw Park since 2002, and became Football Club Chairman in June 2017.  Mike was formerly Locos Vice-chairman & President of the ADFA, & in addition to providing sage counsel in the Boardroom, can regularly be found literally 'hands-on', supporting groundsman Arthur Robertson maintaining the playing surface & stadium.

Graeme Hay

Graeme joined the Committee in 2008 & has been pivotal in establishing the Spring Ball & Business Lunch as the cornerstones of the Club's fundraising.  He was also the host with the most in hospitality for many seasons.  Graeme's business acumen is a major asset at the Locos & he became Vice-Chairman at the 2017 AGM.


Billy Thomson

Billy has been club secretary at the Football Club since 2011.  Since 2012 he has prepared & submitted the Community Engagement Award documentation with each one being successful.  Billy has compiled the full statistical records of the senior era, and updates supporters with a live social media feed during matches.  He helped establish LocosTV on YouTube & is a regularly interviews management & players post match.  Billy posts Locos match reports on our sites & for the local press.

Secretary/Media/Community Engagement

Jim Porter

Jim controls the purse strings & looks after the financial affairs on a matchday.  He prepares & maintains all the financial records of the football club, & provides financial reporting to the committee each month and to all the members at the AGM.


Fred Wilson

A popular & long-serving member of the Committee, Fred has provided invaluable Health & safety support & compliance.  Notably Fred ensures we comply with Club Licensing criterion which is a challenging role & a crucial one.
